In recognition of the 28th anniversary of the Emir of Ilorin, Dr. Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari CFR, Prof. Abubakar O. Sulaiman, former Minister of National Planning and Director General of the National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies, extends heartfelt congratulations.
