Dr. Kashim Akor has been appointed Director of Strategic Institutions and Stakeholders Engagement of the Kogi State Presidential Campaign Council, following the release of the council’s supplementary appointment list.
The appointment, contained in the supplementary list of the Kogi State Presidential Campaign Council under the All Progressives Congress (APC), recognises Dr. Akor’s leadership capacity, political experience and commitment to grassroots mobilisation and stakeholder engagement.
Dr. Akor’s appointment places him in a strategic position to coordinate engagement with key institutions, political stakeholders and interest groups across Kogi State, with a view to strengthening political participation, building wider alliances and advancing the objectives of the party.
Hon. Tijani Damisa was also appointed Deputy Director of the Directorate, while other prominent political figures were named as members.
The appointment is expected to further strengthen the party’s engagement structures and deepen collaboration among critical stakeholders across the state.
This recognition represents another significant milestone in Dr. Kashim Akor’s political journey and service to the party.
