The Supervisory Councillor Budget and Planning, Olamaboro Local Government, Comrade Abba Isiaka said the new wave of leadership under Comrade William Ameh is quite commendable and unique in the history of the local government.
He dropped this message to mark this years children’s day celebration which the council Chairman has introduced with fanfare and celebration.
He said children are the heritage and future leaders, therefore emphasis and attention on them in all areas cannot be overlooked.
He enjoined both local , state and federal government to continue to make concerted efforts that will promote children’s welfare.
While calling for more action , he said Comrade Williams leadership as exemplary, stating that efforts to place children at vantage position should not be overlooked.
While urging other local government areas to follow suite , he said grassroot leadership remained the cornerstone of any local government administration.
