Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda PhD CON, extends his warm congratulations to the Ajiyan Katsina, Malam Lamis Dikko on his well-deserved appointment as the Chairman of the Northern Nigeria Development Company (NNDC) by the Northern Governors Forum.
