His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kebbi State, Comrade, Dr. Nasir Idris, Kauran Gwandu, has rejoiced with the people of Kebbi State and the entire Muslim Ummah on the occasion of Maulud, the BirthDay of The Noble Prophet Muhammad, SAW, 12th Rabiul Awwal, 1443.
Governor Idris reminds Muslims about the importance of imbibing the Sunnah of the final Prophet of Islam. Quoting from The Glorious Qur’an, “We Have sent YOU not but as a MERCY to the world” (Q:21 107).
He made it clear that the Teachings of The Messenger of GOD would forever remain a mercy not only upon us but also to all humanity and creations of Allah, thus, we should rejoice on his BirthDay with prayers.
According to the Governor, we are also duty bound to be our Brothers’ keepers and God fearing in all our endeavours. Comrade, Dr. Nasir Idris prayed for the progress and growth of Kebbi, the Equity state.
May Allah be our Shepherd and may Kebbi State continue to prosper under the abled leadership of Comrade, Dr. Nasir Idiris, Kauran Gwandu. Amin.
