In a bid to strengthen coordination and consolidate campaign strategies ahead of the 2027 General Elections, the LMD Strategic Campaign Committee, the Protocol Unit to the Vice Presidential Candidate, and the LMD Media Team on Wednesday paid a working visit to the National Headquarters of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) in Abuja.

The delegation was received by top officials of the party at the National Secretariat.
The visit was convened to:
1. Present a progress report on the implementation of the “Reset Nigeria” campaign agenda by the LMD team.
2. Harmonise operational plans between the LMD Strategic Campaign Committee, the Office of the Vice Presidential Candidate, and the APM National Secretariat.
3. Develop effective communication strategies to reach women, youths, and the general electorate nationwide.
4. Ensure alignment across all campaign structures towards delivering a decisive, credible, and issue-driven victory for APM in 2027.
Speaking on behalf of the delegation, Haj. Amina Lawal Rafindadi, Chairperson of the LMD Strategic Campaign Committee, alongside Hon. Lawal Nalado, stated that the Committee has successfully concluded the first phase of its grassroots mobilisation structure across the 19 Northern States and selected states in the Southern region.

They reaffirmed the Committee’s commitment to ensuring that the Makinde–Daura message of hope, unity, development, and national renewal reaches every household, market, community, and constituency across Nigeria.
The Head of the LMD Media Team also presented a comprehensive media and publicity plan featuring radio jingles, television engagements, town hall meetings, community outreach, and strategic digital campaigns across social media platforms.
The communication strategy is designed to effectively sensitise Nigerians to APM’s core priorities, including national security, poverty alleviation, economic revitalisation, job creation, and inclusive national development.
The Protocol Officer to His Excellency Alhaji Lawal Musa Daura, Yusuf Yari, also participated in the strategic engagement, contributing to discussions on effective coordination, protocol, communication, and the smooth integration of campaign activities with the Office of the Vice Presidential Candidate.
The meeting further emphasised the importance of unity, discipline, grassroots engagement, and coordinated messaging across all levels of the campaign structure.
The delegation expressed confidence that with sustained collaboration between the LMD Campaign Structure, the Office of the Vice Presidential Candidate, and the APM National Secretariat, the party is well positioned to take the “Reset Nigeria” message to Nigerians nationwide.
