Dr Aminu Atabo is the current Senior Special Assistant, SSA to the Kogi State Governor, on Adult and Informal Education, as well as part of the think tank coordinator of the Governor’s aides in the state, a feat Governor Usman Ododo keep cherishing .
Atabo who rose in the last six decades as an academician, administrator, businessman and politician of high repute digressed into hospitality business as part of his life’s endeavors.
In the course of his life sojourn , he rose to the highest pinnacle of his endeavors and made successes not minding the challenges.
In the early part of his political life, he was appointed as caretaker chairman, Omala local government in Kogi State, where he performed wonderfully that his people clamored for his election as substantive chairman in that dispensation.
He also rose to become head, local government pension board in kogi state , all under the government of Alhaji Ibrahim idris in kogi .
Armed with versed political experience, technocraric ideas and business overtures, he returned to combine this experiences to establish a stable business along with hospitality.
Dr Aminu Atabo, A man of great vision joined the current administration to bridge the gap of political division spanned from the previous administration to contribute his quota to the development of kogi state .
Highly exposed and interactive in all areas , the governor’s aide was installed in far away Sokoto by the former kogi state Governor, Alhaji Ibrahim idris, Jakadan Sokoto , as Wa’ali Jakada Sokoto, and also officer of the Igala Kingdom, a position he held with high esteem, regard and service to humanity.
No doubt with all these feat, Dr Aminu Atabo keep living a fulfilled life both in business, administrator and a technocrat to the glory of God.
