The Director General, National Productivity Centre, NPC, Dr Nasir Olaitan Raji-Mustapha said with the introduction of the new Performance Management Systems PMS , the era of assessment of federal workers by using Annual Performance Assessment form APA had become a thing of the past.
Dr Raji made this disclosure on Monday while responding to a question on Radio Nigeria Abuja, stating that the centre will adopt and adapt to the new system.
To key in properly, top management staff consultants, Directors and Deputy Directors of the centre are been trained in a one day program on the topic, “Performance Management System “. He said.
The Director General assured the government of easy adaptation of the new measurement system, and restated the commitment of the centre to adopt trainer- trainee system that will go round the agency and other government organisations.
The dual training according to the Director General will also involved how to deploy tools and techniques in the working place.
