The Governor of Bauchi State and National Leader of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM), H.E. Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, Kauran Daular Usmaniya, has declared that the APM is the only credible platform capable of rescuing Nigeria and delivering true federalism, inclusive governance and knowledge-driven development.
Governor Bala Mohammed made this declaration on Saturday while addressing stakeholders at the APM North-East Zonal Town Hall Meeting held in Yola, Adamawa State.

The Bauchi Governor, who presided over the historic meeting, said Nigeria’s challenges require sincere leadership built on equity, justice and respect for all sections of the country.
He commended the APM National Chairman, Alhaji Yusuf Mamman Dantalle, for providing a viable platform for Nigerians yearning for genuine change.
According to him, the choice of Engr. Seyi Makinde as the party’s Presidential Candidate for the 2027 elections was deliberate, describing him as an accomplished engineer, successful businessman and performing governor with the capacity to fix Nigeria’s energy crisis, insecurity and economic hardship.

Governor Bala Mohammed urged all stakeholders from the North-East to rally round the APM project, assuring that the party’s Reset Nigeria Agenda and its proposed transitional Government of National Unity will give every Nigerian a sense of belonging.
In his remarks, the APM Presidential Candidate, Engr. Seyi Makinde, aligned with the position of the party’s National Leader, challenging the Tinubu administration to be transparent on petroleum pricing and electricity policy.
The meeting, which drew massive crowd, had in attendance governorship candidates, state chairmen and stakeholders of the party from across the six states of the North-East.

The atmosphere in Yola was electric as party faithfuls expressed optimism that the APM will emerge as a major force ahead of 2027.
