The former Director General National Productivity Center NPC, Dr Kashim Akor NPOM. FNIM. was successfully screened to vie for Kogi East Senatorial District in the next year’s general elections.
Dr Akor was screened on Saturday and cleared ahead of the forthcoming primary election.
Along with friends and well wishers, the former Director General, National Productivity Center, NPC expressed satisfaction with the ongoing exercise.
He promised to abide by the outcome, stating that the exercise will open a new chapter of more hope , better days ahead for the people of the area .

While assuring a robust leadership when successful at the primary and the election, Dr Kashim Akor maintained the quest for a future where youths have opportunities, communities experienced real development, along with the voices of the people truly matter.
He further stated..

I was successfully screened earlier today without any hassle, and we now await final clearance for the primary election. I sincerely appreciate everyone who has supported, encouraged, and prayed for us throughout this journey.”
