“I am from Onugba- Ukoh okpo, a community that has been longing for a bridge from as long as the early 60’s, the importance of the bridge is the fact that.
It’s a link to my community to markets in Ankpa and this promote the economy of my local community.
Fast forward to 2025, Hon Abdullahi Ibrahim Ali, Halims , officially completed this project and commissioned it.
Aside the construction of Uko bridge linking Ankpa and Olamaboro to some communities across Kogi east , that will facilitate movement of predominantly farmers and farm products from the area.
Rt Honorable Abdullahi Ibrahim Ali also provided renewable energy lights , known as “Solar Lights ” to several communities.
He also built and renovated PHC hospitals across Olamaboro, Omala and Ankpa Federal Constituency, along with supports and renovations of schools across the area .
Donations to mosques and churches across the constituency and the vulnerable groups that had improved SMEs across the area .
This is addition to training and retraining through various skills acquisition, capacity building and series of seminars and symposiums, along with starter packs.
The positive development has improved both security and economic situations in the constituency.
This is why it is not safe to run down Rt Honorable Abdullahi Ibrahim Ali Halims.
