On September 13, 2025, Chronicle Business School, Abuja, in collaboration with Cornerstone University and Theological Seminary, Jerusalem, Israel, hosted the 31st Public Service Lecture Series and Award Ceremony.
The event was graced by eminent personalities, including Guest Speaker, Amb. Jaafaru Abdullahi Abubakar, and Chairman/Special Guest of Honour, Chief Dr. Amb. Ebosetale David Aigbefoh, Esq.
The ceremony featured the conferment of a Doctorate Degree in Public Administration (Honorary Causa), the induction of six distinguished individuals as Full Fellows and United Nations Peace Ambassadors, and the presentation of several prestigious awards.
The highlight of the event was the conferment of the “Man of the Year Award 2025” on Chief Dr. Amb. Ebosetale David Aigbefoh, Esq., coinciding with his birthday.
This honour celebrated his remarkable contributions to society and humanitarian services rendered without government assistance.
In addition, Chief Dr. Amb. Aigbefoh was further recognised with the “Vanguard of Human Transformation in Nigeria” award by YOCEN, as well as the naming of a street after him by the Gwagwalada Area Council in appreciation of his impact on the community and the FCT.
In his welcome address, Associate Professor Godwin Nyitse, JP, highlighted the importance of the occasion, stressing the need to recognise and celebrate individuals who have made outstanding contributions to society.
