The residents of Gwagwalada living in Sheik Hamdan, Almohass, Old Kutunku Roads has begged the Minister of FCT, Nzenwo Nyesom Wike CON to include the above road in the ongoing flag off of roads construction in the area, stating that it will be good to construct and commission the roads for the third year anniversary.
The call became necessary in view of the bad shape of the roads desiring urgent reconstruction and opening alternative roads for the area in a statement by Mallam Abubakar Yusuf.
The residents who also commended the Minister of FCT for a job well-done in the whole of FCT, stating that the roads will open the economic, sociopolitical and infrastructural development of Gwagwalada.
He said the execution of roads projects triggers development in all ramifications, therefore he should replicate the Karu experience in Gwagwalada and the remaining area councils of FCT.
The construction of Aguma palace,.market roads have giving a lasting legacy to the present administration, stating that other roads like Jeremiah Useni, Hajj camp, Specialist, Kaida ,old kutunku roads and including Gwagwalada main town linking Specialist Paiko Road deserve attention.
The community leader expressed gratitude and confidence in the FCT Minister when flag off.
