The Managing Director , Federal Housing Authority Mortgage Bank, FHAMB Hayatudeen Atiku said the Bank gave priority to young Nigerians who have alot of potentials and creativity in building, therefore doing business with BAM, builders of Express View Estate phase 1 was realizable course of their young age.
Hayatudeen made this assertion during the commisioning of the Express View Estate phase 1 covering 1.5 hectares located in Lugbe, Abuja on Tuesday built by BAM.
“We discovered their potentials and wisdom as all the Directors of the company were under 40 years , leveraging on their young age to do business with them .”
Truth to their words , they were able to deliver on time , two years after the inauguration of the Express View Estate phase 1 along airport road in Lugbe, Abuja .
He commended the management of BAM for keeping to their terms and contractual agreement, as well as delivering the housing estate within the given time line .
He said the Federal Housing Authority FHA and Federal Housing Authority Mortgage Bank FHAMB was encouraged by the rare conduct of the company , promising to continue to patronize the organization.
The Managing Director, Federal Housing Authority Mortgage Bank FHAMB said their actions is in line with the vision and mission of the new management of Federal Housing Authority FHA under Hon Oyetunde Ojo, along with the Renewed Hope Agenda program and provision of affordable housing to average Nigerians.
