This notice is to all Heads of Ministries, Departments, Agencies Special Advisers of government under the administration of His Excellency, Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia,as the sixth democratically elected Governor of Benue State.
2.The notice is to once again remind all the above affected persons,that the administration of His Excellency, Governor Hyacinth Iormem Alia in Benue State is set to commemorate its second year in office on the 29th of May, 2025.
3. Therefore, in line with the commitment and seriousness of Governor Hyacinth Iornem Alia in keeping to the practice of democratic feedback/report over his stewardship to the good people of Benue State, all Heads of MDAs and Special Advisers are required to begin the preparations and submissions of the respective achievements of their MDAs which are charged with the responsibilities of delivering the mandate of the Alia Administration in Benue State.
4. This early reminder is to ensure timely ,thorough processing,documentation and early publication of the final clean copy of the compendium of sectoral achievements of Governor Hyacinth Iormem Alia in Benue State for the second year, 2023-2025.
5. It is instructive to state that all submissions to the above effect are to commence and be forwarded to the Office of the Special Adviser to the Executive Governor on Research, Documentation and Strategy, with effect from 1st of February,2025.
6. Above all, it is noteworthy that this Executive Directive by the Executive Governor, His Excellency,Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia, is all about his resolve and commitment to keeping faith with the good people of Benue State,over his impeccable and transformational stewardship as the sixth democratically elected Governor of Benue State.
