In line with the present administration’s zeal to provide mass housing to Nigerians , under the Renewed Hope Agenda, the Federal Housing Authority, FHA will open the bids of applicants slated for Monday , December, 30 , 2024.
The 2000 bids received from prospective contractors will be declared open by the Managing Director, Federal Housing Authority, FHA, Rt Honourable Oyetunde Oladimeji Ojo along the Executive Directors.
In a release tagged “Opening of bids for the Renewed Hope Housing Projects in 17 States of the Nation ” released by the management of the agency.
The bids according to the Management will be opened from Zone, to Zone beginning from the South South, North West, South East, North East , North Central and South West .
The opening ceremony of the bids will start from the South South, December 30, North West , December 31, South East, January 2nd, North East , January 3, North Central, January 6, while the South west takes the last day for January ,7, 2025.
To avoid stampede, only the Managing Director of each company or its representative will be allowed into the venue, as they will be cleared at the entrance of the FHA head office .
According to FHA, the authority is constrained to take this action early in view of the huge crowd expected, and to check against any incidence of crowd control and avoidable stampede, while regretting any inconveniences it might cause the visitors .
