Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has mourned the passing of Alhaji Amadi Kurfi, a distinguished elder statesman, renowned businessman and influential political figure who died at the age of 84.
Governor Radda described the late Amadi Kurfi as one of the pillars of Katsina’s political and economic landscape whose influence shaped the state’s development trajectory for decades.
“Alhaji Amadi Kurfi was not just a political heavyweight; he was a father figure who nurtured many political leaders and his legacy of mentorship will continue to inspire generations,” Governor Radda added.
Thr Governor extended his heartfelt condolences to the entire Kurfi family, particularly to Alhaji Nura Amadi Kurfi and other bereaved family members.
He prayed that Allah grants the deceased Jannatul Firdaus and gives the family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
