Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Christian community in Katsina State as they celebrate Christmas.
Governor Radda, in his special greetings message, explained that Christmas embodies the values of love, peace and unity, which are essential for the continued growth and development of Katsina state.
