Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has expressed condolences to his Jigawa State counterpart, Mallam Umar Namadi, on the passing of his beloved mother, Hajiya Maryam Namadi Umar, who departed this world today, December 25th, 2024.
Governor Radda described the demise of a mother as an irreplaceable void in one’s life, noting that Hajiya Maryam lived a life dedicated to the service of Allah and humanity.
The Governor further emphasized that Hajiya Maryam legacy lives on through the exemplary leadership and public service demonstrated by her son.
Governor Radda urged Governor Namadi to take solace in the fact that his mother left behind a legacy of good deeds and raised children who continue to contribute positively to national development.
“On behalf of the Government and the people of Katsina State, I extend our deepest sympathies to Governor Namadi and the entire family during this difficult time, said Governor Radda.
The Governor pray that Allah grants Hajiya Maryam Jannatul Firdaus and gives the family the strength to bear this great loss.
