Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda has directed the contractor handling the special model school project in Jikamshi, Funtua Zone, to expedite work and complete the project before the end of 2025.
The directive came during the Governor impromptu site visit following a public function in Malumfashi.
During the inspection, the Governor expressed satisfaction with the project’s progress, particularly pointing to the wall fencing, which has reached approximately 90% completion.
The Governor’s site visit extended to another critical educational infrastructure project- a World Bank-assisted secondary school in Koda/Damnuna, Charanchi Local Government.
At this site, Governor Radda was notably impressed with the project’s quality, which is now in its finishing stages.
The Governor was accompanied by key government officials including the Chief of Staff, Alhaji Abdulkadir Mamman Nasir, State Commissioner of Budget and Economic Planning, Alhaji Bello H. Kagara and other personal aides.
