Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda PhD CON, extends heartfelt congratulations to Hon. Zainab Musa Musawa on her well-deserved recognition as Nigeria’s Best Commissioner at the prestigious National Leadership Awards.
The award, presented by the People’s Parliament Nigeria in collaboration with Leadership Awards Ltd, marks another milestone in Hon. Musawa’s exemplary public service career. This national recognition, from an institution with a 22-year legacy of excellence, further validates her earlier distinction as Katsina State’s Best Commissioner for 2023/2024.

Currently serving as the Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education, Hon. Musawa continues to drive transformative change.
