Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda PhD CON, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the State Commissioner for Lands and Physical Planning, Dr. Faisal Umar Kaita, on his investiture as a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (FNITP).
The Governor described Dr. Kaita’s elevation to the fellowship status as a testament to his outstanding contributions to urban and regional planning in Katsina State and Nigeria at large. This prestigious recognition reflects Dr. Kaita’s dedication to professional excellence and his commitment to sustainable urban development.
“Dr. Kaita’s achievement brings honour not only to himself but to our administration and the entire people of Katsina State,” Governor Radda remarked. “His expertise in town planning aligns perfectly with our vision for sustainable urban development and modern infrastructure across Katsina State.”
The Governor emphasized that Dr. Kaita’s new status as a Fellow of NITP would further enhance the state’s capacity to implement its urban renewal agenda and create more sustainable communities for the people of Katsina State.
