The SA on Agriculture to the President, Honorable Abiodun Yunusa has sent a message of condolence to the good people of Borno state over the recent flooding in the area.
While appealing to the people to move to the high land , he also used the opportunity to extend similar gesture to the people of Bauchi state among many others including Jigawa state.
A statement personally signed by Honorable Abiodun Yunusa on Wednesday expressed deep commiseration on the unfortunate incidence and development.
He commended the efforts of both the state and federal government to mitigate the unexpected and seasonal situation bedeviling the people of Borno among others.
He said with the gradual resolution of the activities of non state actors in these areas , the natural phenomenon had done a serious blow to the people, saying the counter efforts by the government was timely .
