Kogi government sponsored thugs wholly APC members has launched an attack on the SDP Governorship Candidate candidate’s life, Murtala Yakubu Ajaka at the Supreme Court premises after the verdict of the court that gave victory to Governor Ododo.
The incident happened on Friday after an uncontrollable mob loyal to APC from kogi started looking for objects within the premises to heat the SDP candidate who was rigged out in a keenly contested election and validated by Nigeria courts held in November 11, 2023.
Ajaka who left the premises after the judgement was unaware of the presence of illegal caretaker Chairmen, former caretaker Chairmen from kogi state, heaps of political appointees employed without salaries for over five months and the newly recruited ones who were engaged ahead of Supremme Court judgement, but yet to get employment letters.
The mob today after the apex court judgement showed the porous nature of security of lives and properties at the Supreme Court, and the determination of the present administration of Governor Ododo to adopt the ways of the predecessor, Yahaya Bello laced with killings and thuggery.
The onlookers at the premises of the apex court accused the security agencies of compromise as well as a concluded plans to kill the SDP Governorship Candidate, Murtala Yakubu Ajaka.
With what happened at the Supreme Court today , it is an indicator that opposition party’s have lost grip in the participation in a democratic process in the country, as winners takes all .
