The Executive Governor of Katsina State, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda. PhD CON has expressed his deep sadness over the tragic loss of Malam Sanusi Ango, the Liaison Officer/Coordinator of the Gwagware Foundation–a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the less privileged and facilitating access to quality livelihoods in the state.
The deceased was the Kankia Local Government Liaison Officer of Gwagware Foundation who’s also a known pillar of his community, a tireless advocate of justice and a true servant of the people.
Sanusi Ango, alongside his first wife Hadiza Sanusi, was killed in a heinous attack by yet-to-be-identified bandits in Gyaza Village, Kunduru Gaza Ward, Kankia LGA. The assailants also abducted Sanusi’s second wife, Aisha Sanusi, to an unknown destination.
Governor Radda has expressed his heartfelt condolences to the family of the deceased, praising Sanusi Ango’s selfless service and dedication to the people of Kankia LGA.
The Governor gave reassurance that no effort will be spared in ensuring that those responsible for this tragedy are brought to book.
Governor Radda extends his deepest sympathies to the family and loved ones of Sanusi Ango and Hadiza Sanusi, praying that the souls of the departed rest in jannatul Firdausi.
