Idah Local Government Area All Progressives Congress (APC) Party Chairman, Hon. Adejoh Freeman, on Monday, 12th August, 2024 officially presented Hon. Alhaji Alfa Halilu and his running mate, Hon. Nafisat Husseini, to the entire local government and ward executives.
The party executives, while expressing their joy and support for the candidacy of Hon. Alhaji Alfa Halilu appealed for all – inclusive governance. They made the passionate plea owing to their previous experiences in party politics.
Hon Alhaji in his response appreciated the party executives led by Hon. Freeman Adejoh, saying, “I will ensure I build my strength in the party for sanity and inclusiveness since my emergence is the product of the collective will of the people.” This statement underscores his commitment to prioritizing the party’s interests and promoting inclusivity.
The party executives, overwhelmed with emotion, hailed Hon. Alhaji Alfa Halilu as the “The Moses, God sent to rescue the people of Idah”.
They expressed utmost joy and confidence in his leadership, believing he will bring a new era of prosperity and development to Idah Local Government Area.
