The Governor of Katsina State, His Excellency, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda PhD CON, expresses deepest condolences to the Governor of Borno State, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum, and the entire people of Borno State over the tragic suicide bomb attack in Gwoza Local Government Area.
Governor Radda is deeply saddened by the loss of precious lives and the injuries sustained by many in this heinous act of violence. He stands in solidarity with the government and people of Borno State during this difficult time.
In his message, Governor Radda stated, “Our hearts go out to the families of those who lost their lives and to those who were injured in this senseless attack. We pray for the swift recovery of the injured and for strength for the bereaved families.”
The Governor emphasized the need for continued vigilance and cooperation with security agencies to prevent such tragedies in the future. He called on residents to maintain a high level of security consciousness and to report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.
Furthermore, Governor Radda prayed for peace and lasting tranquility in the region, expressing hope that through collective efforts and divine intervention, the challenges of insecurity will be overcome.
