Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Barau I Jibrin, has described President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as a visionary leader, urging all to support the president in his quest to address the challenges facing the country.
Senator Barau stated this, in a statement, by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ismail Mudashir, to mark the President’s 72nd birthday.
” I join all Nigerians and other admirers around the world in rejoicing with a Great Visionary Leader of Our Time, the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, on his 72nd birthday, on March 29, 2024.
” Your Excellency, you are, indeed, an exemplary embodiment of our democratic ideals, having been among the foremost in the vanguard of the struggle for the attainment and entrenchment of democracy in our dear country.
” No doubt, your democratic temperament and sagacity are greatly facilitating the achievement of the Renewed Hope Agenda – in synergy with the National Assembly – restoring hope and taking our dear nation out of the security and economic challenges besetting it,” he said.
The Deputy President of the Senate called on Nigerians of all persuasions to pray for the country and offer their full support to President Tinubu as he resets Nigeria.
