Former Governor of Kogi state, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris has sent a message of condolence to former Kogi first lady, Hajiya Halima Ladi Wada, her brother , former Kogi commissioner for works and Housing, Engineer Abubakar Adama over the death of their mother, Hajiya Hawawu Titi Adama.
The former Kogi Governor in a statement personally signed on Monday expressed shock on the sad development, stating that he was not aware of her demise not untill he was informed by some notable persons from Kogi state .
Idris also used the opportunity to extend his condolences to Capt Idris Wada, former Kogi Governor and the entire Adama Abawa family, stating that the late Matriach lived an exemplary life with notable offsprings.
He prayed that Almighty God will grant our late mother a good place in heaven and reward her with Alajantul firdaus.
Alhaji Ibrahim Idris urged the family to pray towards achieving similar feat Mama had attained while on earth, praying that Almighty Allah will give them the fortitude to bear the loss.
