Governor Dikko Umaru Radda, Friday in Kano set the tone for pioneer staff of Katsina State Enterprises Development Agency, KASEDA at the close of it’s four days comprehensive training workshop held at BON Hotel Kano.
With the theme,Driving Change:Nurturing Employees for Optimal and Sustainable Performance. Governor Radda, himself a Certified Business Development Service Provider provided insights on reasons for the establishment of KASEDA, it’s mandate and how the agency can deliver on it’s mandate.
The four day retreat was facilitated by Olawale Fasanya, Lead Consultant of Centre for Entrepreneurship Training and Policy Initiative (CETAPI). Others are Funke Medun of Leapworld and Dr Dahiru Sani of Kaduna Business School.
Governor Radda later presented certificates to the pioneer staff of the agency.
