Member representing Ankpa 1, Kogi House of Assembly, Lawal Akus has begun renovation of Aku health care center abandoned long ago .
This moves is to provide basic primary health care PHC to the people of the community and it’s environs in line with the federal government health for all program.
The health centre abandoned and dilapidated was desiring face lift including provision of basic equipment and human services to provide health care services to the area.
With the ongoing renovation, it is expected to provide remedial health services to the secondary health care located at the local government headquarter in Ankpa along tertiary heatlh institution in the state capital, Lokoja.
Already, the people of Aku community and the adjoining villages has commended the state lawmaker for his quick response and people oriented programs just few months into his assumption of office.
