It has come to our attention that some kind of desperate,shameless and petty politics has been adopted by certain despicable political simpletons and their co travelers hovering around in the form of political evil spirits,with an abominable agenda to tilt the government and people of Benue State agains the government and administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu,using the name and person of His Excellency Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Alia as their selling point!!
This mischievous act is coming from no other persons but people who either were given the opportunity to serve the people of Benue State but failed woefully or better still,from people who are pettily jealous of the immeasurable transformation strides of His Excellency,Governor Hyacinth Alia within his shortest time in the life of his administration in Benue State.
In a recent mischievous publication by such enemies of the good people of Benue State, they made some faithless,treacherous,untruthful and poorly concocted lies against Governor Hyacinth Alia,bothering on the following:
– That Governor Hyacinth Alia bought a brand new Lexus Jeep worth over 350 million and donated it in Rotimi Amaechi,whom these muttonheads alleged that he was the sponsor of Governor Hyacinth Alia’s Governorship campaigns.
– That Governor Hyacinth was in deep talk with some PDP stakeholders in the state and at the national for a possible defection to the PDP!! What a trash!!
– That Governor Hyacinth Alia was at loggerheads with APC stakeholders in Benue State,etc.
Bothering on the above,we took up a critical research into the contending issues raised by these inciters of evil,mischief,falsehood and blackmail against Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Alia,and the good people of Benue State.
On the strength of the above,our findings and position reveal as thus:
1. That the Executive Governor of Benue State,His Excellency,Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Alia stands tenacious and firm in his support,love,understanding and cooperation with Federal Government led administration of His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in bringing the dividends of good governance to Nigerians and the good people of Benue State, in particular.
2. That Governor Hyacinth Alia of Benue State DOES NOT have any political relationship with Rotimi Amaechi to have warranted the falsely imagined lies of a supposed sponsorship of his governorship elections by Rotimi Amaechi. Talk less to imagine that Governor Hyacinth Alia will carry the hard earned resources of Benue State to go and a buy Lexus jeep for a whopping sum over 350 million Naira for Rotimi Amaechi. This is the worst lie emanating from the filthiest corner of hell!!
It is on record that the good people of Benue State,came out in their hundreds of thousands to campaign for Rev. Dr. Fr. Hyacinth Alia as governorship candidate,it is also on record that the good people of Benue State who so much believe and still hold the mandate of Fr. Alia as a divine project all made personal sacrifices for the victory of Rev. Fr. Alia as Governor in 2023. In fact the good people of Benue State came out in their unimaginable hundreds of thousand to vote Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia as their Governor over against an incumbent PDP government in Benue State.
It is therefore,the highest level of wickednessa and mischief against Governor Hyacinth Alia and the good people of Benue State for some nincompoops,dunces and halfwits to fabricate malicious and condemnable lies on the facebook and in the newspapers against Governor Alia in the manner that was contained that recent publication. This is totally unacceptable and will always be resisted!!
3. On the issue of Governor Hyacinth Alia and Benue APC stakeholders, we wish to reiterate that Governor Hyacinth Alia of Benue State DOES NOT have any feud or misunderstanding with his party stakeholders. In politics, interests arise,and in the process,the pursuit of interests take turns and twists in a manner typical of the secularity,nature,character and pattern of politics of interest,which is always resolved. So far, the Governor of Benue State,His Excellency,Governor Hyacinth Alia has demonstrated capacity,sagacity,acumen and impeccable wisdom in harnessing and managing the variegated politics of interests of party stakeholders in Benue State. In the life of his six month’s administration,Governor Hyacinth Alia has consistently sustained consultations with party stakeholders in evolving possible ideas,advice,suggestions,contributions and inputs from all stakeholders in moving the state and party forward.
Governor Hyacinth Alia is a practicing and indulging democrat who believes in participatory governance and administration. As part of the government, it is attestable that Governor Hyacinth Alia has not left any one out of the know of the policy directions and practical manifestations of his development agenda.
In the last six months of the present administration,Governor Hyacinth Alia has shown zest and gusto in giving the good people of Benue State justification for the mandate given to him as Governor. The infrastructural breakthroughs and the reorganization of the service sectors of the state cannot be overemphasized under Governor Alia’s six months in office.
It is high time,we did away with the pedestrian mode and practice of politics of lies,blackmail and mischief in Benue State!!
Above all, it should be noted that Governor Hyacinth Alia has a focus and vision,let him not be distracted by zombies,pollocks and numbskulls who squat on the shoulders of mischief, falsehood and negative mobilization for survival.
