The Chief Medical Director, University of Abuja Teaching Hospital Gwagwalada, UATH, Professor Bissala Ekele has commended Servicom for assisting in the selection of staffs who had dedicated themselves to their duties through hardwork for annual award.
Ekele who said the establishment of Servicom has contributed greatly to the parameter and scale used in measuring Performance Management System in the country.
Professor Ekele made this assertion during the occasion of honoring staffs of the hospital for the 2023 annual staff award held on Friday at the hospital auditorium.
He said the award instituted and sustained over the years had contributed to the performance of staffs and overall productivity in the hospital.
He urged other staffs of the hospital to wait for their own time , stating that hardwork, diligence and dedication to duty is the watchword of his leadership.
The Chief Medical Director encouraged Servicom in the Institution to also leave above board , particularly in the measurement of performance and reward in the public service.
He congratulated this year’s winners, stating that it will be an opportunity to contribute more to development of the hospital and Nigeria at large.
