The commissioner for solid minerals, Bashir Jegu who coordinated the APC thugs that attacked the palace of Ohimege igu of Kotonkarfe during the SDP rally is walking freely untouchable, despite the security reports.
Kogi Patriotic Group KPG stressed the need to arrest him and quizzed him to avoid recurrence in his dastardly act.
According to Usman Idakwoji, Jegu who had been terrorising the people of Kogi local government area on Friday arranged thugs that attacked armless campaign team of SDP, while he was away to Abuja for a nocturnal meeting.
He said some local government area chairmen including that of Kogi local government have also been attacking innocent citizens who are supporters of SDP for no reasons.
He wondered why the security agencies are going round to investigate what they are already known, stating that this is clear evidence of looking away from the APC led thuggery in Kogi state, which is tantamount to connivance with the state government.
He appeal to the National Security Adviser,NSA Inspector General of Police, and DG DSS to counter the unfortunate development, before APC inordinate ambition will cost more innocent citizens their lives in November 11 governorship election.
He warned that those holding nocturnal meetings to kill and maim innocent people of Kogi state all in the name of November 11 governorship election should also be ready to die, as he who kill by the sword will die by it, no matter how highly placed.
The group rejected the fresh reports of the ongoing investigation, stating that it is only Yahaya Bello and APC that is perpetrating violence in Kogi state, with his fake Evangelist commissioner coming to deny all these atrocities.
Idakwoji maintained that all these reactions are evidenced of a drowning man and his wicked administration, stating that every beginning has an end.
