Against the judgement of the federal high court , that security agencies should ensure maximum protection for SDP candidate, Alhaji Murtala Yakubu Ajaka, Kogi Governor’s thug have attempted on the live of Ajaka in Kotonkarfe, Kogi local government.
The attack left many supporters of SDP candidate battered and wounded during the campaign tour of the area on Friday.
Reports had it that owing to the unimaginable popularity, the next strategy is to kill the SDP candidate, so as to postpone the Kogi governorship election.
As at press time, there was no official response from the security Agencies as SDP accused the state police commissioner of been bribed by the state government.
