Congratulations to our amiable and hardworking Dr. Olawale Fasanya, the Director General and Chief Executive Officer of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria, SMEDAN, on his remarkable achievements! Not only did he recently earned a doctorate degree in Policy Analysis and Management from the University of America, but he has also added another feather to his cap by his recent appointment as the interim Chairman of a newly formed African coalition of Heads of MSMEs in the continent called Network of Africa MSMEs Promotion Organisations (NAMPO) at its 2nd African MSME Forum in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Asiwaju Fasanya’s dedication and contributions to the development and promotion of MSMEs in Nigeria have been recognized on both national and international levels, making Nigeria proud. It’s also heartening and gratyfying to note that his predecessor, the Executive Governor of Katsina State, Mallam Umaru Dikko Radda PhD has extended his warm congratulations on these outstanding accomplishments, which came shortly after his doctoral success.
Asiwaju Fasanya’s journey continues to motivate and inspire us all, and we look forward to witnessing more accolades in his future endeavors as he bestrodes the MSME ecosystem like a collosus.
