The Governing Council of Salem University, Lokoja has promoted Dr Moses Egene Atakpa to the rank of Professor.
Professor Moses Egene Atakpa of the Department of Public Administration was elevated by the Governing Council of Salem University , Lokoja, Kogi State , Nigeria.
Professor Atakpa who was a Permanent Secretary in the Kogi State civil service, and later became Head of the Civil Service , HOS from 2011 to January 2016, after which he joined the Academia , starting with Kogi State University, Anyigba, Veritas University and currently Salem University, Lokoja .
Atakpa had one time or the other worked as a secret police of the federal government, before joining the Kogi State civil service.
