The immediate past Director General, National Productivity Centre, Dr Kashim Akor NPOM has been honored with award by the Non -Academic Staff Union of Nigeria NASU- Federal Capital Territory FCT council.
According to the council during the presentation of the award, lauded the contributions of the the former Director General for his supports and cooperation during his eight years at the centre.
The award presented to the former Director General on Wednesday was described by the council as reward for hardwork and unique performance.
Responding, Dr Akor requested the extension of similar gesture by the council to his successor, promising to continue to extend needed cooperation even out of office.
Akor who was represented by Yakub Yakub ask the body to endeavor to sustain their legacies of industrial harmony across all strata.
