The National Productivity Centre NPC has embarked on a three day in house training on Total Quality Management (TQM), as a productivity improvement tool for achieving organisational excellence.
The training holding at the conference hall started on Tuesday was been organised by the PCB Department led by Dr Mrs Titilola Oshati.
The routine in -house capacity building was to keep abreast particularly on “Total Quality Management “as it affects productivity.
In his message at the occasion, the DG NPC, Dr Nasir Olaitan Raji-Mustapha stressed the need for continuos training and retraining of staff of the centre, stating that the need to sustain the trend cannot be overemphasized.
The Director General was represented by the Director, special duties, Mrs Amezi Apia and the Director PCB Department, Dr Mrs Titilola Oshati at the opening ceremony of the training programme.
