Kebbi State Governor, Comrade Dr Nasir Idris Kauran Gwandu has condoled with his Kaduna State counterpart, Gov. Uba Sani and Emir of Zazzau, Amb. Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli over the tragic Mosque collapse that claimed many lives.
This is contained in a press release signed by the Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to the governor, Alhaji Ahmed Idris and made available to Newsmen in Birnin Kebbi on Sunday.
The governor described the event which claimed 12 lives as tragic and great loss not only to Zaria and Zazzau Emirate but also a loss to Kaduna State and Nigeria at large.
Gov. Idris expressed deep grief over the losse of lives and prayed for the repose of the souls of those who lost their lives in the incident.
Gov. Idris urged the Emirate and the entire people of Kaduna State to accept the will of God Almighty in good faith and prayed to Allah (SWT) to accept their Shahada and grant them Jannatul Firdaus.
While consoling with the families of those who lost their love ones, the governor also prayed for quick recovery of those who sustained injuries.
He equally prayed that the Almighty God would put an end to recurrences of such ugly trend.
