The Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Dr Folasade Yemi-Esan, has called for partnership with the National Productivity Center (NPC) to be able to effectively implement its Performance Management System aimed at promoting employees’ accountability in the area delivery of service. She made the call in Abuja while receiving the National Productivity Order of Merit (NPOM) from the Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment, Ms. Kachallom Daju, being assisted by the Director General, NPC, Dr. Raji Mustapha.
