The People’s Democratic Party PDP Governorship candidate in Kogi state, Senator Dino Melaye has described the death of HRH Pa (Chief) Ali Okwoli as a great loss not only to the community, but Kogi state at large.
Melaye who bare his mind during a condolence visit to Senator Atai Aidoko Ali who lost his father on Wednesday, urged the family to demonstrate the spirit of community services as laid by their late Patriarch.
He paid tribute to the late sage who retired to community services after a long sojourn in both the private and public sector in the country.
Senator Melaye advised the family to be more united at this trying time that Baba had transited, stating that he laid a legacy of unity and progress while on earth.
However, he prayed for the repose of his soul, stating that the late Baba lived a wise and fulfilled life while on earth.
