As the year 2024 approaches it end in December,it is expedient to note that the Alia Administration looks forward to all Ministries,Departments and Agencies to commence the processes of preparing,documenting and subsequent submission of their scorecards for the mid term presentation of Governor Hyacinth Alia’s achievements as the sixth democratically elected Governor of Benue State.
Governor Hyacinth Iormem Alia’s administration would be exactly two years old,on the 29th of May,2025. To this effect,MDAs,and Special Advisers are expected to identify,document and harmonize their performances and activities in form of what have been successfully achieved by His Excellency,Governor Hyacinth Iormem Alia in his two years in office,May 29th,2025.
This early call notice has become important in order to stimulate all hands to be on deck in ensuring timely,proper and broad based compilation of the achievements of Governor Hyacinth Iormem Alia by all existing Ministries,Departments and Agencies,including the activities of Special Advisers to the Executive Governor.
In line with the above,Ministries,Departments Agencies, and Special Advisers would be contacted in March,2025 to make and forward clean copies of their reports for government documentation and archival.
It is instructive to also note that,essential midterm presentations and documentaries by Governor Hyacinth Iormem Alia on his achievements for world publicity and awareness hinges heavily on the early compliance with this call by MDAs,and Special Advisers.
