The Kogi State College of Education located in Ankpa has floated a maiden scholarship and endowment fund for prospective indigent students wishing to enroll in the institution.
The over four decades institution initiative sponsored by the current management under the leadership of Dr M.K. Ibrahim as Provost will go along way to attract the less privileged who are eager to study in their various fields of endeavor.
The announcement was contained in a statement released by the Deputy Registrar, Admissions , Dr. Mrs. Elizabeth idajili to the general public.
According to the release from the College Authority…
“This is to inform the general public that, fully funded scholarship opportunities are available for candidates who wished to study in Kogi State College of Education, Ankpa – courtesy of the endowment fund instituted by individuals and corporate bodies.”
“Interested candidates are to visit admissions office, Kogi State College of Education, Ankpa to obtain the scholarship form as intent .”
It will be recalled that the College management had gone all out to double enrollment through encouragement of the indigent ones in the society through sponsorship by well placed in the society and corporate organizations.
