The members of the Big Tent State Coordinators Forum met on the 8th July, 2024 at 20:00hrs for our 12th series of Bi-monthly meetings. The Forum comprises of the 36 States Coordinators and the FCT, championing good governance and quality leadership in Nigeria.
The Forum deliberated on the surgical roles being played by the LP National Transition Committee ably led by Comrade Abdulwaheed Ibrahim Omar (former NLC President).
The Big Tent State Coordinators Forum commended the Labour Party National Transition Committee for the pivotal role being played by the NTC towards ensuring that the LP achieve an all encompassing Ward congresses, LGAs congresses, State Congresses and the National Convention of the Labour Party.
The Forum hereby assures the LP National Transition Committee of maximum cooperation as we shall mobilise all existing and new LP members to participate in the upcoming congresses that will kickoff right from the wards. The forum succinctly commends the efforts of the LP NTC, the LP stakeholders, the members of the Labour Party and the gallant Obidient Movement for ensuring that due process is followed in the Labour Party; being the only viable opposition Political Party for the masses to rescue Nigeria from the grip-hold of bad government that have made life unbearable for the masses.
