The Igala Cultural and Development Association (ICDA) has elected Sam Attah as the new Director , Tourism Development of the sociocultural organisation.
Attah a well exposed and enlightened enigma emerged to cling the position after a keenly contested election held at Idah on Saturday.
With his new position, Attah is expected to bring his versed wealth of experience on board to move the association forward.
