The Office of the Special Adviser on Research,Documentation and Strategy is currently undertaking a research into the topic:-
“WHO IS WHO IN BENUE STATE HISTORY AND DEVELOPMENT IN THE POST 21ST CENTURY”
It is significant to state that Benue State as it is today,is indeed,a creation of the patriotically spirited,hardwork,dedication and commitment so far made by some of her illustrious sons and daughters,home and abroad who overtime,have demonstrated absolute confidence,and indeed,have being making immeasurable sacrifices for the socio-cultural, economic and political transformation and development of the state.
Regrettably,there is an apparently increasing dearth of documentary,referential and historical evidence/literature to support the knowledge of these individuals’ identities as well as the readership of their contributions to the development of Benue State, for posterity to emulate,and for the purpose of further research in this field.
In line with the above,the Office of the Special Adviser to the Executive Governor of Benue State on Research,Documentation and Strategy,is therefore,undertaking a thorough research into the identification of prominent Benue sons and daughters,and their individual and collective contributions and impact on the growth and development of the state in the post 21st century.
As part of the research, the Office of the Special Adviser to the Executive Governor of Benue State on Research,Documentation and Strategy will be officially communicating to only those who are to be included in the “ENCYCLOPEDIA OF WHO IS WHO IN BENUE STATE HISTORY AND DEVELOPMENT IN THE POST 21ST CENTURY”, for further specific information on them that would be included under their respective profiles in the Encyclopedia.
The above encyclopedia of “WHO IS WHO IN BENUE STATE HISTORY AND DEVELOPMENT IN THE POST 21ST CENTURY” is expected to be publicly unveiled and presented by His Excellency,Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia ,the Executive Governor of Benue State.
