The Allied Peoples’ Movement (APM) today joined other political parties and key stakeholders from across Nigeria at the National Chairmen’s Dialogue, held as part of the #NCTownHallSeries, ahead of the 2027 General Elections.
Representing the APM, the National Chairman, Alhaji Yusuf Mamman Dantalle, participated actively in the dialogue, contributing to discussions on the future of Nigeria’s electoral democracy and the need for a more credible, transparent, inclusive and peaceful electoral process.
The dialogue provided an important platform for political party leaders to exchange ideas and address critical issues surrounding electoral reforms, political party conduct, voter education, political participation and the strengthening of democratic institutions.
In his contribution, the APM National Chairman reaffirmed the party’s commitment to democratic values, peaceful political engagement, credible elections, accountability and leadership that places the interests of Nigerians first.
Alhaji Yusuf Mamman Dantalle emphasised the importance of constructive engagement among political parties, electoral institutions, civil society organisations and other stakeholders in building public confidence and ensuring that the electoral process reflects the genuine will of the people.
The APM believes that Nigeria’s democracy can only grow stronger when political actors prioritise national interest, integrity, inclusiveness, fairness and service to the people above partisan differences.
Today’s engagement further demonstrates the APM’s commitment to being a responsible political movement and a credible alternative in Nigeria’s democratic journey as the nation looks ahead to #NigeriaDecides2027.
Integrity. Sacrifice. Service.
