The Federal Government introduced Youwin program for National Youth Service Corps NYSC took place across the nation including the Federal Capital Territory FCT on Wednesday.
The Scheme coordinated by the Federal Ministry of Finance held simultaneously across the 37 orientation camps in the country.
The orientation program held in Ekiti , Ogun, Kano , Edo and Gombe states was captured at the program that guarantees Youth Corps members leeway into acquainting themselves with Entrepreneurial and Skill development while in and out of orientation camp.
According to the facilitators at the event , they highlighted the importance of enterpreurship development, capacity building and skill acquisition outside their original profession, stating that such innovation guarantees a healthy and lively society after service.
The facilitators also reassured the youth Corps members on government policy framework of inculcating enterpreurship into the curriculum of tertiary institutions across the country, with a view to ensuring an alternative way of living for fresh and would be graduates.
Highlights of the occasion is the delivery of lectures , distribution of lecture notes on Entrepreneurship and skill development among many others.
