The Minister of FCT, Nyesom Wike has been called upon to look into the abandoned Islamic Foundation Hospital IFH, under construction in Gwagwalada but abandoned over the years .
The project contrived by the federal government via the federal capital territory FCT administration was to reduce the incidence of dearth of health care facilities for the residents of Gwagwalada.
The project when completed will bridge the gap of both primary and secondary health care in the area among other residents .
The project located at the town hall area of Gwagwalada shared a common boundary with the Town Hall Clinic located also in the area.
According to some Moslem community residents led by Malam Abubakar Yusuf stated that bringing the project back to life, through its completion will provide alternative health care to residents of Gwagwalada amidst varieties of ailments.
He said the complex operating skeletally was opened up through construction of road by the area council , but later abandoned.
